• Finalize the CEA baseline and lead the development of a country-level CEA roadmap.
• Monitor progress against the CEA roadmap and SIP action plan.
• Provide capacity strengthening and mentoring to staff and partners on community engagement and inclusion.
• Facilitate community engagement activities, including focus group discussions and key informant interviews.
• Conduct field monitoring visits to identify gaps and recommend improvements for programme quality.
• Contribute to donor proposals and reports, ensuring integration of CEA and SIP commitments.

Требования

• Must have the legal right to work in Ukraine.
• 2-3 years of experience within an NGO or civil society organization.
• Relevant university degree in social sciences, development studies, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian (spoken, reading, and writing).
• Experience delivering training and facilitating sessions for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of community engagement approaches and global standards related to protection mainstreaming.
