TL;DR
Senior Solution Specialist (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP): Providing operational support for Finance and Procurement applications in the South Jakarta office with an accent on Oracle Fusion ERP administration, incident resolution, integrations, and testing. Focus on monitoring ETL jobs and interfaces, performing root cause analysis, supporting month-end and year-end activities, and coordinating complex fixes across business and technical stakeholders.

What you will do
- Provide operational and functional support for Finance and Procurement users, including application maintenance, configuration, data migration, and minor enhancements.
- Deliver L3 incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and manage incidents, service requests, and change requests according to SLAs.
- Support month-end and year-end finance activities and maintain documentation, manuals, procedures, and the team knowledge base.
- Monitor ETL jobs and system interfaces, investigate production issues, and coordinate escalations with Oracle Support, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Perform SIT, support UAT, validate test results, document defects, and coordinate fixes for enhancements, patches, and implementations.
- Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations, identify process gaps, mentor L1/L2 support, and support internal and SOX audits.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of senior-level experience with Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP setup and configuration and a strong application-support track record.
- Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, ADFDI, SmartView, BPM Workflow, and Oracle AI Studio.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party applications and using FBDI templates for customers, suppliers, banks, AR invoices, and journals.
- Understanding of Oracle Financials and Procurement modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, and Procurement.
- Experience with testing, defect analysis, production issue resolution, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Experience working directly with Finance and Procurement teams.
- Experience with Concur, Kyriba, RPA, OIC, or automation.
- Experience in a global corporation or international business environment.
- ITIL certification.
