What you will do

• Manage small to medium-sized campaigns from delivery to quality check.
• Conduct weekly versioning sessions for on-air, online, and print materials.
• Coordinate with scheduling teams to ensure correct versions meet on-air dates.
• Translate promo scripts and direct voiceover sessions from English into Norwegian.
• Secure legal clearance for promos and complete music reporting.
• Archive promos and scripts while overseeing administrative tasks for relevant channels.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in media production coordination, campaign assistance, or broadcast operations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Airtable and Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
