What you will do
- Handle client requests and perform initial technical troubleshooting for integrations.
- Monitor system health and escalate incidents to the appropriate technical teams.
- Investigate player activity and unusual events based on client requests.
- Provide technical guidance and operational support to internal teams.
- Manage user access and administer client and internal accounts.
- Configure and maintain technical settings for client integrations.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with internal systems and documentation.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required.
- Russian language proficiency required.
- Must be based in Prague, Czechia for on-site work.
