What you will do
- Take ownership of ambiguous, high-visibility operational charters from problem definition to live result.
- Build hypothesis trees and workplans to address reliability, customer experience, and professional lifecycle management.
- Turn data-driven analysis into shipped changes and measure the direct impact on business metrics.
- Collaborate across Operations, Product, Data, and Commercial teams to drive cross-functional execution.
- Present work directly to founders and senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firms or fast-paced startups.
- Proven ability to structure complex problems from a blank page and execute with an operator's mindset.
- Hands-on data proficiency with the ability to pressure-test own thinking and drive decisions.
- Strong narrative skills to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
- Track record of owning a metric and delivering tangible improvements in a high-stakes environment.

- Exposure to high-volume marketplace, on-demand, or e-commerce environments.
- Experience scaling support functions from messy to world-class.
