Fullstack Engineer (Adtech)

TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (Adtech): Building and optimizing a next-generation AdTech platform for restaurants and local shops with an accent on scalability, architectural vision, and AI integration. Focus on designing cohesive microservices, improving developer productivity through AI tools, and managing high-load systems handling 10M+ daily orders.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (requires office presence 2 days a week)

What you will do

• Drive the architectural vision and technical strategy for next-generation AdTech products.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to plan and execute platform projects and AI-enhanced features.
• Develop end-to-end solutions from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Lead the adoption of AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools to improve developer productivity and code quality.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, future-proof, and cohesive across a distributed organization of 14+ squads.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience across both backend and frontend.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture, system optimization, and observability/monitoring.
• Professional experience with cloud providers, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and creating technical documentation (ARDs/RFCs).
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and Golang.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline configuration (e.g., Drone, Spinnaker).
