Salary: 582,800 – 840,000 CZK gross per year

What you will do
- Develop and maintain reports on customer portfolio performance, retention, and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for increasing value and preventing attrition.
- Support the creation of churn prediction models and early-warning indicators for declining engagement.
- Perform regular portfolio segmentation to identify key revenue opportunities and areas for proactive intervention.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports and dashboards for leadership teams.
- Collaborate with automation specialists to design scalable, data-driven processes and workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics, business analysis, or operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Prague office.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
- Fluent English (C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
