Customer Insights Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; assigned workspace in the Prague office

What you will do

• Maintain and develop reporting on customer portfolio performance, retention, lifecycle, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze customer behaviour to identify retention, customer value, upsell, and attrition-prevention opportunities.
• Support churn prediction models, early-warning indicators, and portfolio segmentation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Partner with automation specialists to design scalable, data-driven processes and workflows.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and translate data into recommendations for commercial operations and business improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business analysis, operations, or customer lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and mandatory SQL knowledge.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and apply a commercially focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Interest in automation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
