What you will do

• Enhance product experience using ML for recommendations, personalization, risk, and fraud detection.
• Act as a subject matter expert in a specific ML domain while addressing product and user challenges.
• Drive critical business and product metrics through the application of appropriate tools and technologies.
• Foster a fast-paced experimentation culture to test and refine solutions quickly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of industrial ML experience with expertise in modeling and statistical modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, including data collection, productionization, and monitoring.
• Education in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) to enhance productivity and workflows.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Shenzhen, China
