What you will do

• Design and implement LiveOps activities, including events, challenges, and rewards, to improve player engagement and retention.
• Build and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly LiveOps calendars to maintain a balanced operational rhythm.
• Develop detailed event rules, flows, and difficulty levels aligned with core gameplay.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as ARPDAU, retention, and conversion rates to evaluate and optimize events.
• Collaborate with PO, Data, Development, and Art teams to ensure correct and timely implementation of content.
• Research competitor approaches to event design, reward loops, and monetization within the casual/puzzle genre.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Game Designer or LiveOps Designer, preferably in mobile casual/puzzle games.
• Solid understanding of event design, reward loops, player motivation, and segmentation.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement and monetization metrics.
• Proficiency in Unity Editor and strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ability to create structured event specifications, including UI/UX notes and tracking requirements.
• Location: Must be based in Hanoi, Vietnam
