What you will do
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, and Developers to define user-centered experiences for enterprise software.
- Translate business objectives and technical requirements into intuitive design solutions, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Implement design solutions directly within the platform, adapting to its specific built-in capabilities and constraints.
- Expand and maintain the company's pattern library in coordination with the UI infrastructure team.
- Apply usability heuristics and design best practices to evaluate and improve existing features.
- Communicate design rationale and conceptual ideas effectively to various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chiasso, Switzerland
- Academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio (enterprise software experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design processes, usability principles, and iterative design.
- English: Fluent proficiency required
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., Figma Make, Cursor).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Domain knowledge in supply chain, forecasting, retail replenishment, or financial planning.
