What you will do
- Lead and inspire a team of developers to design and develop cutting-edge software products and services.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, applying expertise in architecture and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters to prioritize backlogs and create user stories aligned with business problems.
- Manage SRE responsibilities, ensuring high quality through automated testing, QA checks, and meticulous code scans.
- Direct talent acquisition by selecting and training new team members to increase diversity and skill sets.
- Align software development strategies with customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience managing high-performing teams using hybrid methodologies.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Proven leadership skills in guiding and motivating teams to meet business requirements.
- Proficiency in project management, including scope definition, scheduling, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
- Experience with Hyperscalers to leverage cloud-native solutions.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
