Location: Fully Remote (Preferred: Latin America & South Africa). Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm MST

Salary: $1,200 - $1,700 per month + performance bonuses

What you will do

• Secure high-quality backlinks and brand mentions on authoritative websites with genuine organic traffic.
• Conduct outreach to publishers, editors, and bloggers to build long-term relationships.
• Execute targeted campaigns for editorial placements, resource pages, guides, and comparison pages.
• Negotiate placement opportunities, pricing, and partnership terms with publishers.
• Evaluate websites based on relevance, authority, traffic quality, and indexing.
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align link-building campaigns with overall growth strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in link building, blogger outreach, or digital PR.
• Proven track record of securing high-quality, white-hat backlinks through manual outreach.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for publisher relationships.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Atlas, or Screaming Frog.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
• Must be based in Latin America or South Africa.
