Data Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Remote (Global - work from anywhere)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and automate the deployment of distributed systems for collecting and processing log events from multiple sources.
• Automate data loading processes from various external sources and APIs.
• Design data schemas and operate internal data warehouses and SQL database systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot operational and data issues within the data pipelines.
• Contribute to architectural planning and implementation for future data storage, reporting, and analytic solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and internal partners to identify and resolve data problems.

Requirements

• Experience in data modelling.
• Proficiency with Airflow, S3, and DBT (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Python (or Spark) and SQL.
• Experience working with Snowflake.
• Experience in ETL or ELT processes.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, Trino, or Iceberg.
• Fast learning ability and an innovative mindset.
