What you will do
- Manage the overall solutions design process to ensure clinical protocols are accurately mapped to software.
- Gather and document requirements while providing subject matter expertise in client-facing meetings.
- Create and maintain specifications for study-specific implementations of products and services.
- Ensure consistency between trial data capture, data delivery, and database structures.
- Collaborate with translation and licensing teams to implement correct versions of questionnaires.
- Support quality control testing by addressing design-related defects in a timely manner.
Requirements
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in a field related to Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Computer Science.
- Demonstrable understanding of eCOA and clinical research processes.
- Experience working in an international environment and managing client relations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in clinical research or clinical technology solutions is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Background as a Clinical Research Associate, Project Manager, or Coordinator.
- Previous experience with ePRO, IRT/RTSM, or eConsent technologies.
- Experience in product design or software design within the healthcare industry.
