Focus on coordinating design milestones, supporting validation and quality control, resolving study issues, and providing subject matter expertise in client meetings and audits.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; remote or hybrid working available

What you will do
- Manage and coordinate the Solutions Design process, mapping clinical protocols to software solutions accurately and within project scope.
- Gather and document requirements, define design components, and create study-specific implementation specifications.
- Ensure consistency between trial data capture, data delivery, and database structures.
- Represent Solutions Design in client-facing meetings, design milestone meetings, audits, and discussions of process flows and best practices.
- Collaborate with Clinical Systems Translation & Licensing to validate questionnaire versions and support Solutions Validation and quality control testing.
- Investigate study issues with other departments and support the review of proposals and protocols for new studies.
Requirements
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, computer science, or a related subject.
- Demonstrable understanding of eCOA and clinical research.
- Experience working in an international environment and managing client relationships at different levels.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
- Experience in clinical research as a CRA, Clinical Research Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
- Experience with eCOA/ePRO, IRT/RTSM, eConsent, eClinical, clinical, or healthcare technology solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Designer, Application Designer, Software Designer, or in a similar role.
- Experience designing technology solutions for the healthcare industry.
- Interest in software design and patient-focused research.
