What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, including planning, transition, risk management, and execution.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify weaknesses and develop official guidelines and documentation.
• Drive the genuine adoption of new processes and build transparent status reporting across projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to align teams and remove operational blockers.
• Train tech leads and teams to ensure understanding and buy-in for organizational changes.
• Identify automation opportunities and introduce AI tools to improve company-wide efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience with a focus on change or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional projects, facilitation, and conducting workshops.
• Practical command of Project, Change, Process, and Risk Management methodologies.
• Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and metrics with strong documentation skills.
• Proficient use of modern AI tools in daily professional work.
• Russian language proficiency (B2-C1) and presence in Cyprus or Georgia.

Nice to have

• Experience within the finance or trading domain.
• Professional certifications: PMP, Scrum, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Prior experience in team management.
