What you will do

• Research incoming society inquiries regarding rights administration.
• Investigate copyright and distribution claims.
• Manage society access to the PRS portal.
• Perform data analysis and retrieval to support the team.
• Provide operational support to the Head of and Society Relationship Managers.
• Assist the Global Revenue Assurance team with operational tasks.

Requirements

• Directly relevant experience in operations or rights management.
• Experience in claims generation, submission, and query resolution.
• Ability to multi-task and handle large volumes of claims.
• Understanding of the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Technical knowledge of PRS systems (Rep, D&M, Ice, website) is preferred.
