What you will do

• Produce user-focused materials describing the operation of software products.
• Create administrator-focused installation and system configuration manuals.
• Maintain and update documentation for hirify.global Sibelius, Pro Tools, and related products.
• Follow established processes for tracking changes and documentation lifecycles.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management teams.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Must be based in Taguig, Philippines and available for US East Coast working hours.
• Proven experience in technical writing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Pro Tools and music notation software.
• Technical proficiency with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

Nice to have

• B.S. or B.A. in engineering or technical communications.
• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer.
• Experience with MadCap Flare, MadCap Central, and Markdown.
• Domain knowledge in audio recording, music production, and post-production workflows.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
