What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, including media buyers, SEO partners, influencers, and digital publishers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements across various models such as CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, CPL, and CPI.
• Monitor affiliate performance, ROI, and LTV, implementing optimization strategies to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Compliance teams to launch and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC and responsible gaming standards.
• Represent the company at international industry conferences and networking events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Affiliate Management, Partnership Management, or Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience in iGaming, Forex, FinTech, Crypto, or Online Trading.
• Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, CPL, RevShare) and experience with platforms like Affilka, NetRefer, or Everflow.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus for daily office work.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Existing network of affiliates or publishers within the iGaming, Forex, or Crypto industries.
• Experience with trading platforms like MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) or cTrader.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience working with regulated international markets.
