Location: Hungary-based, Budapest; candidates must be based in Hungary or committed to relocating from within Europe.

What you will do

  • Execute assigned animation and technical tasks accurately and on schedule.
  • Apply the production pipeline from input through final output.
  • Solve problems independently and present creative or technical solutions.
  • Communicate questions and blockers to leads through the internal production tool.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions and training.
  • Test tools and workflows, suggest improvements, and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of production experience.
  • Deep understanding of animation principles and strong artistic skills in character animation.
  • Confident use of Maya or other professional animation software.
  • Confident use of RV for animation review.
  • Solid knowledge of film pipelines and asset production workflows.
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with technical knowledge sharing or training.
  • Previous freelance experience in an international environment.
