What you will do

• Develop and execute talent management processes including performance cycles, promotions, and feedback triggers.
• Lead talent management projects such as compensation matrix updates and job description standardization.
• Act as the subject matter expert for engagement tools like Peakon, managing surveys and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress and process efficiency.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to implement best practices in talent management.
• Facilitate internal training sessions in English related to HR projects and processes.

Requirements

• Must be a person with a disability (PWD/PCD) in accordance with Brazilian legislation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Culture and Engagement.
• Strong track record in project and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English is mandatory for this role.
• Residency in Brazil.
