Salary: 100,000–130,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Manage external art vendors and outsourcing partners to ensure on-time delivery, consistent quality, and alignment with the project’s artistic vision and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with internal Art, Production, Design, and Leadership teams to translate creative vision and priorities into clear direction for external partners.
• Identify outsourcing opportunities, conduct market research, and source/evaluate/onboard vendors that fit the project’s style, budget, and production needs.
• Review outsourced assets and provide clear, actionable feedback to meet quality standards, technical specifications, and pipeline requirements.
• Build and maintain outsourcing workflows, documentation, and review processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Track vendor performance, budgets, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve bottlenecks or quality concerns and coordinate asset deliveries with Production milestones.

Requirements

• Location: Must be a current Ontario resident or willing to relocate to Ontario.
• 5+ years of experience in game art production, outsourcing management, or project coordination in the video game industry.
• Experience creating schedules, tracking milestones, and managing risks, dependencies, and production bottlenecks.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple vendors, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Great communication skills and strong stakeholder management ability.
• Well-developed artistic judgment aligned with the intended creative vision.
