Media Researcher (DACH)

What you will do

• Research and verify journalist data, updating the hirify.global database via productive research and data entry in line with data protection.
• Support journalists with information about their profiles and entries in the hirify.global database.
• Support PR clients with journalist data information according to agreed service levels.
• Contact journalists and outlets by phone and email to confirm details and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Manage time efficiently to meet personal KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Bulgaria; applications outside the country cannot be considered.
• Fluent German language knowledge.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in research and/or customer service (or a related bachelor’s degree).
• Previous database experience required.
• Previous experience in the media industry is preferred.
