What you will do

• Identify and iterate on gameplay features and mechanics in collaboration with mathematicians.
• Advocate for the player experience throughout the development lifecycle.
• Review game progress across math, art, and audio to ensure synergy and quality.
• Mentor less experienced designers through feedback and structured workshops.
• Drive R&D initiatives and contribute to the development of internal design tools and processes.
• Maintain comprehensive game design documentation throughout the project.

Requirements

• Strong experience in hands-on game design with a solid grounding in UX and player psychology.
• Familiarity with Casino and video slots games is required.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write technical documentation and create mock-ups.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, consensus-driven environment.
• English proficiency is required.
• Experience in social and mobile gaming is highly preferred.
