What you will do

• Configure new clients, brands, and Live Casino tables within the back-office platform.
• Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of new game launches and client onboarding.
• Coordinate with Integration, Service Management, and QA teams to ensure successful product sign-offs.
• Manage client back-office settings, updates, and configuration changes.
• Optimize technical processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and revenue.
• Lead and manage the Slot Customer Support team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in iGaming operations, Technical Account Management, or Product Delivery.
• Strong understanding of back-office systems, game configuration, and platform integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Technical, QA, and Product teams.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth.
• Ability to travel occasionally based on business needs.
