Responsibilities:
🟢 Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems on GCP (GKE, Cloud SQL, VPC/LB/NAT, Pub/Sub) with defined SLA/SLO (e.g., 99.99% availability);
🟢 Develop strategies for Capacity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and Multi-Region deployments within a GCP context;
🟢 Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for traffic acquisition;
🟢 Design and implement comprehensive observability systems, deeply understanding the distinction between Monitoring and Observability;
🟢 Proficiently use tools like Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, GitLab CI, Ansible, and Vault, with a deep understanding of idempotency, state management, and performing zero-downtime migrations;
🟢 Possess deep experience with observability tools including Grafana/Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics/Alertmanager/Loki, and distributed tracing systems&.

Requirements:
🧩 EExperience: 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles, with a strong focus on supporting high-load distributed systems and leading complex incidents end-to-end;
🧩 Deep Understanding: Principles of distributed systems, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including GKE, Cloud SQL, VPC/LB/NAT, Pub/Sub, containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes);
🧩Hands-on Expertise with: Helm, GitLab CI, Ansible, IaC (Pulumi), Vault, ClickHouse, Kafka, PostgreSQL;
🧩Observability Stack: Strong experience with Grafana/Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics/Alertmanager/Loki.
