Senior Software QA Engineer

Location: Chengdu, China; onsite

What you will do

• Design and lead testing strategies and plans for complex software systems.
• Cover functional, performance, and stress testing, with particular emphasis on server stress testing.
• Mentor and train junior QA engineers through technical guidance and best-practice sharing.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Operations to maintain product quality throughout development.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and optimize testing processes and tools.
• Track emerging QA technologies and improve team testing practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools, and software systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues independently.
• Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, leadership ability, and cross-functional collaboration experience.

• Experience testing complex systems and leading teams.
• Server stress testing experience.
• Automated testing experience.
