What you will do

• Design and lead testing strategies and plans for complex software systems across functional, performance, and stress testing (especially server stress testing).
• Mentor and train junior QA engineers with technical guidance and best-practice sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Operations) to ensure high product quality at all stages.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and drive continuous optimization of testing processes and tools.
• Monitor and research emerging QA trends and technologies to improve team skills and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, with preference for complex system testing and leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and systems, with preference for server stress testing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to independently identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent bilingual communication and leadership skills in Chinese and English, with experience collaborating across departments.
