What you will do

• Own planning and execution for multiple feature pods, managing schedules and dependencies.
• Lead all pod ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate early planning and risk identification to ensure accurate scoping.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Art, Engineering, and QA to ensure efficient feature delivery.
• Maintain production documentation including timelines, status reports, and sprint artifacts.
• Foster a healthy team environment through empathetic leadership and structured workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game production, preferably with mobile games.
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple pods simultaneously.
• Solid grasp of agile production workflows including sprint planning and bug triage.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
