What you will do

• Own social-first creative initiatives, from trend-driven posts to large-scale campaigns.
• Identify and leverage cultural, platform, and industry trends to strengthen brand positioning.
• Manage TikTok strategy and agency partnerships to ensure content is entertaining and brand-relevant.
• Lead creative experimentation with new formats, hooks, and short-form video ideas.
• Coordinate production workflows with designers, editors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with content and campaign managers to adapt brand narratives into engaging social formats.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or creative production.
• Proven track record of managing TikTok content or agencies with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of platform-native storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to write clear creative briefs and provide actionable feedback to agencies and freelancers.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple assets and timelines simultaneously.
• Must be based in Barcelona to support the hybrid team structure.
