What you will do

• Analyze KPIV and KPOV data to identify root causes and prevent process failures or downstream excursions.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions including SPC automation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Design automated monitoring and visualization systems using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, IT) to operationalize AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related Engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing data analytics, process control, AI/ML, or software development.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; knowledge of Java or C# is an advantage.
• Experience with data visualization and workflow platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or KNIME.
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI applied to manufacturing environments.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Korat, Thailand.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Slider manufacturing processes and KPIV/KPOV concepts.
