Product Manager / Director, Event Contracts (Web3)

TL;DR

Product Manager / Director (Web3/Fintech): Designing and launching an Event Contract product line from the ground up with an accent on financial mechanism design, liquidity frameworks, and trading system architecture. What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of the Event Contract business line from mechanism design to user growth and experience optimization.
• Define product specifications for contract types (Up-Down, Range, Hit), strike price generation, and settlement mechanisms.
• Develop the Market Maker incentive framework and monitor order book quality including spread, depth, and uptime.
• Execute user acquisition, retention, and activation strategies to scale trading volume and user count.
• Analyze competitor fee structures and internal trading data to produce actionable product iteration plans.
• Explore new growth opportunities by combining event contracts with structured products, social mechanics, and copy trading.

Requirements

• Experience building complex backend systems (e.g., trading, payment, or e-commerce) from 0 to 1.
• Deep understanding of financial derivatives and experience with futures/options trading systems design.
• Proven track record in product growth, owning business outcomes and managing acquisition campaigns.
• Ability to systematically produce AI tools to improve data analysis, documentation, and code/query writing.
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to translate business scenarios into technical logic and data structures.
• Must have current right to work in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in options product design or hands-on trading with similar event contract platforms.
• Expertise in designing Market Maker strategies or liquidity incentive mechanisms.
