What you will do

• Acquire new clients and manage the end-to-end onboarding process including financial analysis and credit applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive client dossiers to identify and address current and future financial needs.
• Conduct regular client visits to assess risk profiles and report updates to approving authorities.
• Promote alternate banking channels and value-added services to increase transaction volumes.
• Ensure all interactions adhere to bank service standards and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in relationship and portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios.
• Ability to work in a consistent manner according to organizational policies.
