What you will do

• Lead a team of talented engineers and take overall responsibility for team performance and delivery.
• Mentor and coach developers, managing recruiting, onboarding, and personal development planning.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to implement business requirements.
• Develop next-generation engagement products using modern software development best practices.
• Participate in architectural decision-making, solution development, and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in managing teams of software engineers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with an Agile mindset.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
