What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic investment roadmap across Video/CTV, Social, Search, Programmatic, and OOH.
• Manage a multi-client book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for investment strategy.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes, including ideation, vendor assessment, and high-stakes negotiation.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key platforms such as Google and The Trade Desk.
• Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of investment professionals to build bench strength.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to ensure best-in-class investment practices across the agency.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in media investment, activation, or integrated media leadership.
• Deep expertise across the full media ecosystem, including direct and platform-based buying.
• Proven track record of leading integrated investment strategy for complex, high-profile clients.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York to support a hybrid work arrangement.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
