What you will do

• Define and drive the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Razer Gold's web and mobile applications.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI features, including personalization, fraud detection, and automated operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Risk teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Monitor KPIs for AI-powered features, focusing on adoption, fraud effectiveness, and model accuracy.
• Manage the AI product backlog and coordinate Agile delivery teams for timely releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Fintech, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital commerce.
• Proven track record of delivering digital products (0 → 1 or scale-up) for web and mobile (iOS/Android).
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML concepts like predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments within a global, multi-market context.
