Product Quality Manager (Food Prep)

What you will do

• Steer all product quality activities within the Product Development Model (PDM) and Animation & Extension (AnE) processes.
• Lead and coach project teams on quality plans and tools, specifically Design for Six Sigma (DFSS).
• Monitor predicted call rates (CREX) and drive continuous improvement to reduce Field Call Rates (FCR) and Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ).
• Manage product safety, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and approbation activities.
• Execute design release verification plans and lead safety risk assessments (HBSRA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to identify and resolve sustaining product issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in quality management.
• Deep understanding of ISO9001 regulatory standards.
• Experience applying Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) to balance risks and innovation.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Must be located in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
• Experience in the domestic appliance industry, specifically with kitchen appliances.
