Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Xi'an, China)

What you will do
- Lead and coordinate aerospace manufacturing projects through design, qualification, production, and delivery.
- Act as the primary technical bridge between global design centers and the strategic partner (Qing'an).
- Plan and conduct technical reviews (PDR, CDR) to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Maintain robust configuration management, including change control and documentation accuracy.
- Provide on-site assessment of manufacturing processes, tooling, and FAI compliance.
- Identify and mitigate technical, quality, and supply chain risks to ensure project KPIs are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle and configuration control.
- Knowledge of aerospace quality systems, preferably AS9100.
- Must be based in Xi'an, China.

- Experience with flight control actuation or aircraft systems integration.
- Proven ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple time zones.
- Strong root-cause analysis and complex problem-solving capabilities.
