What you will do

• Provide first-line inbound call support and resolve member queries.
• Process incoming digital and hardcopy post, including scanning and indexing documents.
• Update records and input data with high accuracy.
• Produce letters, emails, and reports using templates and bespoke formats.
• Prioritize work to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support general office and clerical duties and participate in ad-hoc administration projects.

Requirements

• GCSE English and Mathematics (A-C) or equivalent.
• Strong literacy, numeracy, and data input skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Manchester city centre office.
