What you will do

• Take ownership of the data platform's architecture, modeling, and performance.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines to ensure reliability and long-term maintainability.
• Translate business and product requirements into efficient data models, schemas, and interfaces.
• Develop automated business workflows and cross-system integrations for CRM and marketing.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities to optimize data quality, monitoring, and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful data solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture.
• Deep expertise in SQL and advanced data modeling.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, orchestration, and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and columnar warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Location: Must be based in Tel-Aviv, Israel

Nice to have

• Experience building integrations across business systems (CRM, marketing platforms, internal tools).
• Solid understanding of BI tools and analytical consumption patterns.
