What you will do

• Develop and specify braking functions including ESC, ABS, energy recovery, and brake blending.
• Design functional architectures within the context of Vehicle Motion Control (VMC).
• Manage system and functional requirements while collaborating with vehicle development teams.
• Execute testing and validation activities using SiL, HiL, and physical vehicle testing.
• Integrate Functional Safety requirements in compliance with ISO 26262.
• Coordinate development activities with external partners and OEMs.

Requirements

• Degree in Automotive Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the development of braking functions and systems.
• Strong expertise in vehicle dynamics and control engineering.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 standards.
• Good command of English and German.
