AI Data Operations Manager (Robotics)

Location: United Arab Emirates; commitment to 5 days/week in-office collaboration required

An AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots designed for home and commercial markets.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution for contributor acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Launch data collection operations in new geographies, managing localization and local partnerships.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to develop necessary hardware and software systems.
• Track and optimize data volume, quality, and throughput metrics via dedicated dashboards.
• Manage relationships with local vendors and agencies to accelerate growth.
• Translate field feedback from contributors into actionable product improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, growth, or startup operations.
• Ability to rapidly build and deploy apps/agents using AI coding tools.
• Proven track record of owning outcomes and managing complex projects.
• Experience working in international markets or across different cultures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to 5 days/week in-office work in the UAE.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling consumer mobile applications or marketplace platforms.
• Background in AI/ML or understanding of data collection for machine learning.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Experience managing physical-world operations, field crews, or hardware logistics.
