What you will do

• Localize and execute complex research initiatives for machine learning, sensor validation, and product development.
• Collaborate with the Boston team to ensure methodological consistency across research sites.
• Own region-specific research projects and contribute to remote global studies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workflows, and deliverables using tools like Jira.
• Coordinate with Recruitment and Lab Management to ensure end-to-end study delivery.
• Conduct calibration sessions and provide expert product support to visitors at the Doha facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional experience in physiology, biotech, exercise science, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience conducting research in exercise, performance, or health environments.
• Strong project and program management skills with experience in Jira or similar frameworks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings at least 2 days per week.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
• Comfort communicating with Doha locals in English and Arabic.
