What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Python.
• Collaborate with U.S. client teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in cloud development.
• Proven experience in building high-performance Python applications.
• Ability to lead technical architecture and design sessions.
• Experience participating in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, UX, Data Engineering).
