What you will do

• Partner with product, design, and analytics to define specifications and shape growth experiences from problem definition onward.
• Build and refine systems driving acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention using a metrics-driven approach.
• Contribute across the stack, owning Android development while assisting with iOS, backend, or web (React/TypeScript) as needed.
• Implement AI-native workflows using coding tools and agents for faster iteration and cross-stack code generation.
• Run and instrument A/B tests and funnels to validate growth metrics and iterate on features.
• Develop scalable architecture and drive decisions on app development strategies and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
• 4+ years of industry experience building and maintaining mobile applications at scale, with a strong focus on Android.
• Fluency in Kotlin, including strong grasp of Coroutines, Flow, and RxJava.
• Experience with modern Android architectures (MVVM, MVI, MVP, Clean Architecture) and Jetpack Compose.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Bangkok office.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Amplitude, feature flags).
• Familiarity with iOS development, backend development, or web technologies (React/TypeScript).
