What you will do

• Write engaging, audience-focused scripts for YouTube videos including tutorials, model comparisons, and educational content.
• Craft compelling hooks, narrative structures, and calls-to-action to drive viewer engagement.
• Translate research, trends, and audience insights into clear, structured video content.
• Collaborate with Growth Researchers, Video Editors, and Creative Directors to align scripts with production needs.
• Iterate on scripts based on performance data, feedback, and platform algorithm changes.
• Develop reusable templates and formulas to maintain consistent, high-quality output.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with a proven ability to create hooks and clear narratives.
• Ability to work on-site in Almaty.
• Comfortable iterating on work based on data and feedback.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Bias toward action and ability to work at a fast pace.
• Experience in journalism, content writing, digital marketing, or startup environments.
