What you will do

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and Jira tickets.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage day-to-day delivery tasks.
• Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and testing across environments.
• Provide production support by triaging issues through logs and admin tools.
• Design high-level architecture and concepts for new payment services, including integrations and data ownership.
• Create user-facing documentation for new product features.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a TPM, Product Owner, System/Business Analyst, or Delivery Manager.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions independently.
• Proficiency with Jira and a strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
• Technical comfort with reading logs and utilizing admin tools for issue investigation.
• Strong written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments or the fintech industry.
• Experience with conceptual service architecture.
• Basic literacy in SQL and APIs.
