TL;DR

HVAC Cooling Customer Engineer II (HVAC): Installation, commissioning, and emergency service of Liebert Air products with an accent on customer rapport and technical maintenance. Location: Dayton, OH, United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.

What you will do

  • Install, commission, and perform scheduled and emergency service on Liebert Air products.
  • Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers, striving for a "first-time fix".
  • Collaborate with National Technical Support to resolve complex equipment issues.
  • Implement Field Change Notices and maintain current knowledge of Safety Bulletins and Service Tips.
  • Manage administrative reporting, including timecards, expense reports, and inventory cycle counts.
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner according to published safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • HVAC Certificate Program degree or equivalent field experience.
  • EPA refrigerant license or equivalent industry experience.
  • Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read electrical line diagrams and blueprints.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US (sponsorship is not available).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to consistently lift up to 50-75 pounds.

Nice to have

  • Six years of military experience in a related field.
