What you will do
- Install, commission, and perform scheduled and emergency service on Liebert Air products.
- Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers, striving for a "first-time fix".
- Collaborate with National Technical Support to resolve complex equipment issues.
- Implement Field Change Notices and maintain current knowledge of Safety Bulletins and Service Tips.
- Manage administrative reporting, including timecards, expense reports, and inventory cycle counts.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner according to published safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- HVAC Certificate Program degree or equivalent field experience.
- EPA refrigerant license or equivalent industry experience.
- Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read electrical line diagrams and blueprints.
- Legal authorization to work in the US (sponsorship is not available).
- Valid driver's license and ability to consistently lift up to 50-75 pounds.

- Six years of military experience in a related field.
