• Create and edit macro texts for drivers and riders covering routine and complex scenarios.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base and reference materials for support teams.
• Adapt content to the cultural and linguistic contexts of the CIS, Turkey, and English-speaking regions.
• Participate in content quality control and track performance metrics.
• Manage task complexity, deadlines, and workload prioritization.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Turkish or Azerbaijani required.
• C1/C2 fluency in the other language (Turkish or Azerbaijani) required.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level required.
• Experience in copywriting, content management, or translation.
• Ability to process large volumes of information quickly.
