What you will do
- Own and evolve the VIP program, building personalized engagement and retention strategies.
- Manage high-value player relationships using behavioral data to improve the overall player journey.
- Partner with the Player Services Manager to optimize support workflows, policies, and escalation practices.
- Act as the voice of the player across Product, Engineering, and Live Operations to drive actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and support the Bangalore-based Player Services team to strengthen communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Synthesize player sentiment and VIP insights into weekly reports for studio stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience managing VIP, retention, or customer experience programs.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with high-value customers via personalized communication.
- Ability to use behavioral data and qualitative feedback to recommend and measure improvements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, and QA.
- Clear written and verbal English communication.
- Must be based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in mobile or free-to-play (F2P) games.
- Background in designing loyalty programs or VIP events.
- Familiarity with CS platforms, reporting tools, or workflow automation.
- Experience working with teams in Bangalore or across multiple time zones.
