What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth in the Austrian market by securing strategic partnerships with leading merchants.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship building, contract negotiation, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations to develop tailored solutions for partners.
  • Contribute to the definition of local commercial strategy and identify new scalable growth initiatives.
  • Ensure long-term value creation for both the company and its merchant partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Professional background in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or technology.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements with mid-to-large merchants.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-informed approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Ability to engage and manage senior decision-makers as stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Existing strong merchant network within the Austrian market.
  • Familiarity with digital commerce ecosystems and consumer finance.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
