What you will do

• Collect and analyze production data from ERP/SAP/MES systems and databases.
• Develop and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, Power Query, and Excel.
• Monitor and report on key production KPIs including OEE/OLE, productivity, and manpower utilization.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and bottlenecks through data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering stakeholders to improve reporting visibility.
• Drive reporting automation and continuous enhancement of data management practices.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operations analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, etc.).
• Must be Emirati Talent.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering environments.
• Certification in Power BI, SQL, database management, or business intelligence.
• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP/MES.
• Knowledge of data governance and data modelling.
